چکیده

People's purchasing power for animal protein has decreased and shifted to processed soy foods as one of the containing vegetable during Covid-19 pandemic due economic recession. Soybeans are a source high so they require lot Nitrogen (N). To fulfill demand soybeans, soybean cultivation can be carried out in acidic mineral soils with low pH. Acidic soil pH causes it difficult N nutrients available bacteria Bradyrhizobium sp. symbiosis plants. The aim this study was increase growth uptake plants on acid by inoculating lime. research conducted Jati Kesuma Village, Namorambe, Deli Serdang plot size 200 x cm using factorial randomized block design (RAK) 2 factors. first factor sp inoculants consisting without inoculant; BGR 3 LP inoculant. second liming dose 1.06 kg/plot (pH 4.9 5.5). results showed that inoculant tended plant height soil, but able shoot root ratio 62.86% soil. addition lime increased 4.08%. combination 133,33% soils.

Proteomic Analysis of Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] Roots Inoculated with Bradyrhizobium japonicum Strain CPAC 15

This research intended to analyze the expression pattern of proteins in roots of the Brazilian soybean cultivar Conquista when inoculated with Bradyrhizobium japonicum CPAC 15, a strain broadly used in commercial inoculants in Brazil. At ten days after bacterial inoculation, whole-cell proteins were extracted from roots and separated by 2-D gel electrophoresis. Comparative analysis revealed sig...

Bradyrhizobium huanghuaihaiense sp. nov., an effective symbiotic bacterium isolated from soybean (Glycine max L.) nodules.

In a survey of the biodiversity and biogeography of rhizobia associated with soybean (Glycine max L.) in different sites of the Northern (Huang-Huai-Hai) Plain of China, ten strains were defined as representing a novel genomic species in the genus of Bradyrhizobium. They were distinguished from defined species in restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis of the 16S rRNA gene and ...

Inoculation with Bradyrhizobium japonicum enhances the organic and fatty acids content of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) seeds.

Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) is one of the most important food crops for human and animal consumption, providing oil and protein at relatively low cost. The least expensive source of nitrogen for soybean is the biological fixation of atmospheric nitrogen by the symbiotic association with soil bacteria, belonging mainly to the genus Bradyrhizobium. This study was conducted to assess the ef...
